Carol Stadelmann ( IYTA YTAA AAMT AUSTAT) Carol graduated in 2006 from the School for F M Alexander Studies in Melbourne Australia. This school prides itself on having a variety of teachers to work with the trainees. It also has the added advantage of many of visiting senior Alexander teachers who come to the school with their particular teaching methods and interests, eg musicians, vision specialists, academics, teachers from the Marjorie Barstow, Walter Carrington and Patrick McDonald schools. This provides a wide basis for graduates like Carol to teach the Technique to a broad spectrum of the public. Carol is also a certified member of AUSTAT the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, where she currently holds the office of Treasurer. Carol teaches Alexander Yoga classes in Bayswater and Heathmont and also offers private consultations in Bayswater and Vermont South which incorporate the Alexander Technique, massage and yoga stretches. Her passion is to help others learn skills which will empower them to regain and maintain their own health and wellbeing.
Carol is also a Theta Healing Practitioner and NLP Master for anyone who wishes to remove the negative beliefs which prevent you from moving forward in business or personal relationships.
Carol is an experienced massage therapist with Certificates in Relaxation and Oriental massage.
Carol also has a Diploma to teach yoga from the International Yoga Teachers Association Inc., has senior teacher classification with the Yoga Teachers Association of Australia, and has been teaching since 1998
