You are helped to clearly identify the underlying bad habits which are the primary cause of your problems. You are instructed on the nature of primary control as it applies to your remediation. You are invited to experience first hand, the potential benefits of the technique. You are given practical exercises to perform which may be physical or mental. You are required to wear comfortable clothing like track pants and T shirt which allows ease of movement. A typical lesson may include simple everyday activities like sitting and walking which you will do with the assistance of the teacher’s skilful hands and words. You may experience the Technique as it applies to specialised activities like singing or playing a musical instrument or whatever is relevant to you. |
